Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Our dresses are delivered to you within approximately 6 weeks after they have been ordered. If you need a faster delivery, please contact Customer Service.

• United States:
  UPS Ground shipping is $8.00 regardless of how many dresses are included in a single order.  We can also ship via the US Postal Service if the shipping address is a post office box.  We also provide our customers the option of choosing FedEx 2-Day ($20.00) and Overnight ($35.00) shipping. As is the case with regular ground shipping, the expedited shipping prices are applicable regardless of how many dresses are shipped in one order.
• Other Counties:
  We can ship practically anywhere in the world. If you would like an exact quote for shipping outside the United States, please check our international shipping calculator.  There is a link to it on our homepage.  You can also send an email to Customer Service and we will get back to you within 24 hours. International orders are sent via FedEx Int’l Priority.

Returns:

We want your shopping experience to be fun and easy. We also think we offer the best quality dresses available online. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase then you may return your dress for any reason. We believe our return policy is unique since, unlike other retailers or sites, we accept returns for custom made garments. That’s how confident we are that you’ll love our dresses! In order to make a return or request an exchange, you must request a return authorization number from Customer Service. In order to do so, simply  send an email to customerservice@cocomyles.com and provide your order number and reason for return. Please note that any returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your garment. If the return request is timely received then you will receive, via email, a return authorization number, shipping label, and information on how to return the dress to us. Dresses must be returned in their original condition, unworn except for trying it for fit and appearance, and with all tags in place. Any returns are shipped back at the customer’s expense and must be postmarked for return within seven (7) days of the receipt of the merchandise. Because our dresses are custom made merchandise we must insist on strict adherence to our return policy’s terms and conditions. In addition, we will charge a $25.00 restocking fee. Also, please note that any shipping and special additional charges are not refundable.
